This month, we’re diving into Skio-success stories and our latest product updates to help you reduce churn, improve customer retention, and optimize your subscription workflows. We’re looking forward to sharing our product roadmap this quarter… coming soon! It’s been an exciting start to the year and we’re already celebrating some HUGE wins with our merchants. From a cancel flow transformation that tripled a merchant’s save rate to new features that make managing subscriptions even easier, there’s plenty to explore. Let’s get into it.

Lately we’ve been exploring how our merchants are optimizing their cancel flows to not only win back customers but understand why they’re leaving in the first place.

We had the chance to interview Rep Provisions about their recent wins. They boosted their save rate from 4.7% to 13% by adding a simple splash screen transforming their cancel flow in less than one day.

We’re excited to share about our latest updates that are all about giving you more flexibility, control, and ease when it comes to running your subscription program.

Checkout Link Builder

You’ve asked for it, we built it! You can use our new checkout link builder to send customers straight to check out with the products of your choice. Great for emails, landing pages, SMS, etc. The nice part is you can add as many products as you want, a discount code, and a selling plan.

Quality of Life Updates

🔎 Search by SKU in the Admin Panel – Easily find products when managing subscriptions with our new SKU search feature.

🎨 New Color Selector – Now, you can copy and paste Hex codes and adjust opacity for more precise customization.

📅 Upgraded Calendar Selector – A smoother, more intuitive way to select dates.

🔐 Extended Login Code Expiration – You now have 10 minutes (instead of 3) to enter your login code.

🔄 Duplicate a Journey – Save time by easily duplicating existing Journeys instead of starting from scratch.

New Quick Action: Multi-Product

We’ve added a new quick actions! You can now add multiple product variants to a subscription at once, but even better you can pass product information to the quick action yourself. This is perfect way to pass product data from various events from Shopify to Klaviyo.

We had a great time at DTC Experts in New York where our CEO, Aidan led a roundtable on the best practices & ideas to convert and retain customers.
