New Features
Analytics Update 📈
Last year, Skio decided to invest in its analytics by building it in-house. This allowed for faster and more accurate data as we continued to build new features. With the Skio community being as awesome and engaged as it is, we received a lot of great feedback, and we listened.
With all of this said, we’re overwhelmingly excited to announce our new Skio Analytics V2.
So what's new?

🚀 Enhanced Revenue/Order Data including one-time (non subscription) purchases - We now display revenue, order, and product data for one-time purchases in addition to subscriptions (with net revenue filters) to let you measure performance across subscriptions and your whole store!

💡 Revamped Cohort Retention Dashboard - Analyze both subscriber and subscription retention with even more granularity. Use custom date ranges to analyze your own cohorts and compare the value of subscribers to your one-time customers.

📈 Added Daily, Exportable Tables - Stay on track to reach your KPIs. Easily track revenue, orders, subscription statuses, AOV, retention/churn, failed payment recoveries, AOV, and LTV per day in our new tables!

🔎 Upgraded UI and Design - With all the new features, we’ve made our dashboards more intuitive! Hover over any metric to see its definition, and learn how to use each redesigned dashboard with our new tutorial wizards.

Backup Payments 💳
What’s better than your customers having one credit card on file? Having two!
Customers can now seamlessly add and select a backup payment method in case the primary one fails. But that’s not all! We’ve also included a Quick Action for customers to add a backup payment, which you can incentivize with a discount code.
N.B. This feature is only available if you enable the “Use in-portal payment management” setting (Customer Portal > Portal Settings). Otherwise it will be hidden.

Quality of Life Updates
Preview Customer Portal 💻
Testing changes before publishing it to your live store is important to avoid a poor customer experience. This is why we’re releasing our new Portal Settings Preview feature.
From within Customer Portal > Portal Settings, click on the “Preview” button in the top right, and experience your portal before publishing it.
This is particularly useful for testing:
N.B. You'll need to have a subscription for your store in order to preview as it currently uses the portal for your user account. You can create one using this link if you don't have one set up already!
